    Das Ziel des Kurses ist es, Mitarbeiter innerhalb der Organisation über den Artikel 37, Absatz 2, des Dekrets 81/08, gamäß der Vereinbarung zwischen dem Staat un den Regionen (26/01/2012) aufzuklären.
    Zum Schutz ihrer eigenen Sicherheit und Gesundheit sowie die ihrer Mitarbeiter haben die Beschäftigen eines Unternehmens ein Recht darauf, über Risiken und Gefahren, Prävention und Sicherheit durch richtiges Verhalten unterwiesen zu werden.
