Die FOCUS 12, erstmals vorgestellt im Jahre 2005, war der Vorläufer einer Produktpalette, die heute mit mehr als 700 produzierten Einheiten die zweite Generation erreicht hat.
Die weiterentwickelten FOCUS 14 und FOCUS 16 sind aufgrund der einfachen Handhabung und der hohen Leistung die ultimative Lösung im Bereich der automatischen Bügelbiegeanlagen ab Ringmaterial.
Flexibilität, Produktivität und Produktqualität sind stets gewährleistet.
Die FOCUS-Anlagen in den verschiedenen Versionen sind in der Lage, Coilmaterial mit einem Durchmesser von 4 bis 16 mm zu bearbeiten.
Es können Bügel, Fixlängen oder aufgebogene Formen mit einer oder mehreren Biegungen auf einer Seite bis zu einer maximalen Länge von 12 m hergestellt werden.
Die hohe Produktivität ist sowohl im Falle von Serienfertigung (Doppeldraht bis Durchmesser 13 mm) als auch bei der Bearbeitung von Einzelelementen (Einzeldraht bis 16 mm) gewährleistet.
