Aftermarket Assistant

Skills required:
  • Accounting/fiscal skills for the management of assets and liabilities
  • General administrative skills
  • Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken) and possibly a second foreign language
  • empathy, flexibility, good problem solving skills.
Main tasks:
  • Service ticket opening with estimate generation
  • Assignment of activities to external collaborators with issue of service orders
  • Control of service supplier invoices + authorization of the purchasing cycle
  • Closing service ticket for billing (active cycle)
  • Management of customer invoice disputes
  • Drafting of Aftersales contracts (external collaborators)
  • Drafting of scheduled maintenance contracts (customers)
  • Job notifications and assessment management for jobs in Switzerland
  • Application for visas for work abroad
  • Work safety documents management and issue for entry to the construction site
  • Logistic organization of technical trips (air tickets, transfers, hotel reservations, car rentals, etc.)
  • Support to administrative/accounting and service activities of MEP NorthAmerica
