钢筋剪切生产线是是专门为钢筋剪切， 配送 及自动弯箍设计的完全自动化设备，整个生产周期有特别 高的灵活性并能力强大保证高生产力。 预指定整个工艺路线分配材料，所以每个钢筋剪切段都被发送到精确位置 完全依照优化过程及与以下的弯曲周期一致。 这样做，剪切线配有特别 “两层”中间收集站。此配置可以接收并持有钢筋直到他们达到其预定的数量 （位置完成），而不用间断切割操作。 此外此功能完全消除了中间阶段手动处理材料，从而提高设备的效率和运作安全。
