Patented anti-twisting and straightening system AFS 3

• AFS 3 (Advance Feeding System 3) controls the rotation of the wire on its own axis during the feed phase, guaranteeing the production of closed stirrups and perfectly aligned straight bars. In the MINI SYNTAX 16 HS version, lengths are controlled by individual actuators acting on "contrast rollers" opposed to the feeding roller.

Single bending unit for maximum efficiency

• Unlike traditional shaping machines that use two bending units, MINI SYNTAXs employ a single unit, optimizing production processes and reducing maintenance costs.

Optimal management of the production process

• A special device (optional) allows automatic processing of "tags" with even or odd quantities, combining multiple sequences involving the processing of two wires at the same time with those with a single wire.
