PREFORM ADVANCED is an automated system designed to transform individual stirrups (Squared-Trianglular-Circular) into pre-assembled cages by sequential welding with longitudinal wires. The machine enables the efficient production of pre-cages, significantly reducing downstream assembly time and simplifying handling, transport and site operations. Derived from the proven PREFORM technology, the new generation introduces advanced automation, improved welding control and enhanced production flexibility.
